1. The giveaway
The promoter is Cassian™, a company registered in New Zealand. The giveaway opens on 23 August 2026 and closes on 23 November 2026 at 11:59pm NZDT. No purchase is necessary.
2. Who can enter
Entry is open worldwide to Cassian account holders aged 18 or over, except where this promotion is prohibited or restricted by local law. Cassian employees, contractors and their immediate families may not enter. Account holders are responsible for confirming their local eligibility and any tax obligations.
3. How to enter
Create a Cassian account and connect at least one eligible store before the giveaway closes. Existing customers and free-plan accounts are automatically included; no separate entry form or paid subscription is required. An active account is one that has not been deleted or suspended and still has a connected store when the draw closes. One entry is permitted per account holder. Fraudulent or duplicate accounts may be removed.
4. The prize
One winner will receive 12 consecutive months of Cassian’s Protector plan for one eligible store, currently valued at US$1,548. The prize does not include add-ons, additional stores or taxes. If the winner already has a paid Cassian subscription, we will apply the equivalent Protector value to their eligible account. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Cassian may replace it with an equivalent or higher-value prize if circumstances outside our control make that necessary.
5. Choosing the winner
The winner will be selected at random from eligible active accounts by 30 November 2026 and contacted using their Cassian account email. The winner has seven days to respond and confirm their eligible store. If they do not, or cannot accept the prize, Cassian may draw another winner.
6. General
Cassian may disqualify entries affected by fraud, tampering or abuse, and may suspend or amend the promotion if events outside our reasonable control prevent it from running fairly. Our decision is final where permitted by law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in an entrant’s country.
