Cassian™ Agency is built for agencies and consultants who manage Shopify stores on behalf of clients. Instead of juggling separate accounts, you get one dashboard, per-client billing, and the ability to present Cassian's monitoring as your own service.
What the Agency plan includes
- Multi-store dashboard — all your clients' stores in one place, each with its own Cassian Score™
- Per-site tier selection — give each store the level of monitoring it needs. High-revenue stores get Guardian. Smaller stores get Protector. You're only billed for what each store actually uses.
- Client portal — a white-label, read-only dashboard you can share directly with clients. No Cassian login required. No access to your other clients' data.
- Whitelabel add-on — remove all Cassian branding, add your own logo and accent colour, and host portals on your own domain (e.g.
reports.youragency.com)

The first site in your account is always free — the cheapest per-site fee is automatically deducted from your total.
Getting started with Agency
When you sign up for the Agency plan, Cassian walks you through a guided setup wizard:
- Add your stores — enter the URLs for each client store you want to monitor. You can add more later.
- Choose a tier for each store — assign Protector or Guardian monitoring to each store based on its needs.
- Configure features — toggle monitoring features (uptime, link checking, security scanning, etc.) per store. Available features depend on the tier you chose.
- Review billing — see a full cost breakdown before confirming. The cheapest site is always free.
- Start monitoring — Cassian begins scanning all your stores immediately.
If you abandon the wizard partway through (close the tab, navigate away), your progress is saved. When you return, Cassian picks up where you left off.
After checkout completes, you'll land on a welcome page with a checklist of next steps: connect Shopify for each store, configure language settings, set up the client portal, and invite team members.
